Pay for the transactions FixLedger processes, not for the upload itself. One receipt = one transaction. Reconciliations count one side, never both.

How transactions are counted. A reconciliation counts the larger of the two sides — so 100 bank rows + 100 ledger rows = 100 transactions. A PDF with multiple entries counts each entry. Uploads, accounting reviews, and reports do not count.
