30-day money-back guarantee
FixLedger (“we”, “us”) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription payments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, invoicing, returns and refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or use the contact form on this site and we will pass the request on.
Renewals and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. A renewal charge is also covered by the 30-day window above.
Additional details
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to purchases made through checkout.
